eSOne Mobile Apps Push Notifications
Stay informed the way that works best for you.
Soon, eSOne Mobile app users will be able to choose how they receive workflow notifications when notes are ready for review and completion in their configured workflow folders.
With the new Push Notifications feature, you can select to receive notifications as:
📲 Push notifications on your mobile device
📧 Email notifications only
📲📧 Both push notifications and email notifications
Whether your notifications are currently sent in real time or on a scheduled basis, you'll have the flexibility to choose the delivery method that best fits your workflow.
This enhancement helps ensure important work is never missed while giving you greater control over how and when you're notified.

Manage Additional Signers During Recording
A future enhancement is planned for the InQuiry Patients tab that will allow providers to add additional signers while recording.
This upcoming feature will further streamline provider workflows by enabling signer management during the dictation process, reducing the need for post-recording updates and ensuring appropriate reviewers and signers are assigned as documentation is created.
MultiNote Moving to the Patients Tab
We're making it easier to work in InQuiry. MultiNote will soon be available from the Patients tab, creating a more streamlined experience for recording workflows.
With this update, users will be able to complete recording tasks from a single page, reducing navigation and improving efficiency. In addition, MultiNote's new location will support inpatient schedule workflows, expanding its availability across more recording scenarios.

- What: Get notified about system maintenance, disruptions, and real-time status updates for DeliverHealth services.
- How to subscribe: Email esone.support@deliverhealth.com and request to subscribe to Status Page Notifications.
Note
You must subscribe to each notification type separately if you want both. Product Release Notifications and Status Page Notifications are managed independently.
Notification subscriptions are not required. Product Announcements and the DeliverHealth Status Page can be viewed anytime.
